Hi guys, first post, good forum, sorry if this has been before but:
I was passing the greyhound last night and overheard some one say its going to be a Marks and Spencer. Is this on the cards?

No. The plans are for loads of flats, some retail and a pub (hooray!). All gone a bit quiet now that the last planning app was knocked back.

I hadn't realised that the application had been refused. Lewisham Council's website shows the application (ref DC/08/70396/X) as undetermined.
