Happy New Year, has anyone been out and about today ? any shops open locally ? Feeling lazy after all the celebrations but wondering if it's worth popping out.
Yes. Not all. Some newsagents are open, some shut. The 'open all hours' shops are - open. LA Fitness is shut so New Year's resolutions will be postponed by another day.
I'm in switzerland at the moment and most shops are shut - but the railways are operating a full weekday service...perhaps southern could learn something?
