Parking outside The Woodman/Costcutters

Don't do it!

Twice in the past month (that I know of) parked cars have been swipped by cars hooning around or over the roundabout.

Could you please translate "swipped" and "hooning"?

"Swipped" (swiped) - scraped, caught, hit lightly
"Hooning" - driving irresponsibly/at excessive speed

Yes I've noticed more of this too, on Monday night a car being pursued by police pushed a parked car into a street lamp. Made a hell of a bang.

Thing is, that pavement is en route to the primary school, any similar accidents at letting out time could be fatal. Maybe there should be some bollards around their ??

On monday a police car hit a mercedes car that mounted the curb and never hit the lamp post what happened was that the cars front left wheel got ripped out from under the car as the police car was smashed up outside my flats.

Plus the incident before was joy riding teenagers crashed a car into some parked cars then mounted the kerb, smashed the wall down by my flats then came to a stop in our hedge.

This is becoming too often and the speed of the motorists need to be managed asap before someone seriously gets hurt as those two times no one was hurt.
