Statue in Crystal Palace Park?

This statue is, I believe, in Crystal Palace Park. Could anyone identify it for me? I'm interested in who it depicts. Thanks!

It's Noddy Holder.

Actually, I think its Joseph Paxton innit? The bloke wot built the big greenhouse at the top of the hill.
