Just reading the news about Woking Council filing for bankruptcy.

Does anyone have a simplified overview of Lewishams Councils property investments? Do they actually invest in property?

Well for better or worse Lewisham doesn't do grandiose. Both Labour Croydon & Tory Woking have one thing in common - trying to create a local Manhatten.

Looks more like Lewisham are trying to put their money into housing property which however inadequate is the best place for it nowadays.
