A repeat of the proposal put forward in the 1990s. That proposal blighted hundreds of properties in Sydenham so take a very close look.
The Catford part of the scheme makes sense, to an extent, though it needs a clover leaf crossing system to make it viable.
The continuation proposed before had three alternative routes. Two were through Sydenham. The one selected was through Forest Hill. Since then blocks of flats have been constructed there RIGHT IN THE PATH of what had been proposed.
Therefore this is very much a Sydenham issue.
