What happened to the Audi Garage on Mayow road being completely redeveloped? It’s now just changing hands to become another car garage.

And no doubt they’ll run it for a year or two then give up again. It’s a huge site and could be better used as residential plus retail.

It's a dead cert that it's a meanwhile use. Given the economic issues and instability, you'd have to be reckless to start development now.

The same thing has happened with the Audi garage in Beckenham, closed then reopened a month or so later under another name (which I can’t currently recall).
