Proliferation of graffiti on Sydenham Road

I have recently noticed a proliferation of graffiti across Sydenham Road much of which appears to be by the same person. It`s all across the railway bridge, beside the cash machine at Sainsbury`s and on the wall of the Dilz cafe to name but a few.
Will the council remove it if I report it to "fix my street" or is it down to the property owners?

No harm in trying Fix my Street.

I suppose the graffiti can join the phenomenal amount of fly tipping in making Sydenham resemble a glorified dump these days.

Oh and on my run this evening I passed a van driver chucking all his rubbish on to the street...

Did you get the registration number so the Council can follow - and if you pm me I will ask if we picked up the van on the CCTV cameras along the high street.
