Does anyone know what this going to be?

Big Yellow Self-storage or a similar less well known self storage company is my guess.

parker is right - although it's Access Self-Storage. I looked up the planning portal for it a week or so ago to find out what it was!

Attempts have been made since 2008 to obtain planning permission for a self-storage unit to be constructed on this site.
A more recent submission for a shaved down building with a different vehicular entrance and egress proposal has proved successful.
