Yoga Class in Sydenham???

Hi, this maybe already on here but cant find anything. Does anyone know of a yoga class in Sydeham, Mondays and Thursdays are out for me.

I'm a yoga teacher living in Sydenham.
I teach on Saturday mornings at Penge East Community cente (9.15-10.45) and will be taking over a class on Wednesday evenings from 17th September at St John's Junior School in Maple Road, Penge (7.30-9pm).
