I've only occasionally watched it, put off by the feeling that is it all staged, and reduces serious debate to chasing ratings.

When I attended one at Lewisham a couple of years ago it was recorded earlier in the evening..

I had attended one at BBC White City. It was recorded as live much earlier in the evening.

Always wondered why no one in audience was never caught dozing off. I often fall asleep on sofa half an hour in!!
