New Cafe on Sydenham road!?

I have just seen an application for change of use for 90 Sydenham road (Was Clifton Aquatics) to become a coffee shop called Zigghy Coffee.

DC/18/108949 - with regards to the signage

I hope this gets approved, it would be so great to have an empty shop filled, particularly at this end of the high street. Fingers crossed!
