Gas safe engineer
Gas safe engineer
Does anyone know of anybody that can help with de-sooting a gas fireplace which has imitation coal?
Re: Gas safe engineer
There are several chimney sweeps nearby (see link below) who perhaps could advise you of a gas safe engineer who perhaps works in conjunction with them being the sweeps, if one is necessary.
A person swept a chimney for me which was the open sort with a "coal" gas fire . He might have turned the gas tap off on the inlet pipe but otherwise just covered the fire so gas item not touched.
