JRW - it is in Bromley, but the border is only about 200 m away (where is changes from 30 - 20 mph).

This one is just in the Bromley catchment, I think the wide roads of Kent House Road and Kent House Lane make it an easy race circuit some nights. Maybe a dual council targeting might work, we’re quite new to the area and it does seem these complaints have been made numerous times of the last few years.
