I was just thinking we are being a bit daft, if we want to find out whats going on, why not phone them?

I guess the dream is over, there is a sign outside saying "nightclub to let" from these estate agents http://www.hoopernaylorfriend.co.uk sad, I was looking forward to a live music club.

Perhaps there was a problem with licencing laws / fire regs or similar and they hadn't checked everything out properly in advance.

Perhaps financial issues - it did sound like one person with a dream who may not have had enough funds to see it through If it is being let as a club it can't have any insummountable problems with licensing/fire regs, can it?
