So to support the high st I went to Lordship Lane on the way home and got 30 mins of being treated rudely in the bank and then ripped off in the diy store who sold me a product that was probably a quarter full. It's isn't Amazon that's killing the high street it the sometimes rude and horrible people selling stuff.
I've been shopping online for so long I've realised the only time I encounter horrible people is when I go shopping. It's bizarre and I'll not return to the high street unless it's an emergency.

Best stick to Sydenham next time. We all know what those types over the hill can be like.
Re: High Street shopping
I'm not a fan of Dulwich - not to generalise but people seem less likely to share the pavement or acknowledge each other .
Sydenham much more friendly in my view .
A very good evening

PS I exclude the twonk that nearly bumped into me today whilst gibbering into a mobile device .

You should have used Sydenham DIY - near the bookshop - they always seem excellent
