Has anyone used the website or App?

I have used both and both times Lewisham and Southwark sorted out the fly tipping within 30 hours, which isn't bad since i reported them on Saturday mornings.

One can take a picture of the mess and send it via the app or website.

Yes, I used the website to report some racist graffiti. It was gone 2 hours later.

Have used the app before and it works well.

I used it to report fly tipping and it was gone within 24 hours. However I also reported Japanese knotweed on burghill road ages ago and nothing has been done
