Grape and Grain

Does anyone know if the Grape and Grain in CP is closing..poss this week? (Apologies if this is unnecessarily wrong)

I did read in 'London Drinker' earlier this year that it had been bought by Wetherspoons and was to be converted to their format at the end of this year.

Think they've been given a reprieve till mid January.

I am surprised big enough for a Wetherspoon and they already have a Pub called Postalorder close by.

Have only been there about 6 times but always enjoyed it.
