Yoga/ pilates classes in the area

Does anyone know of any yoga and/ or pilates classes in the area and have any particular recommendations? Thanks!

Joeli Dale does Pilates in the Sydenham Catholic Club on Tuesday's at 7pm for an hour or 8.15 for an hour. Cost is£10 per session and you can block book for 6 sessions to reserve your place.

I have been going since October last year and have made great progress.
