I really think it is unfair that young people get the blame most of the time, when it quite as easily can be irresponsible adults.
TNG was not mentioned in a negative way ....but to highlight the great work they do in occupying young people and keeping them off the streets... potentially but not necessarily causing problems!

Sorry if I misunderstood Pally. I agree TNG do great work, in fact my 13yr old is at Rockbourne Youth Club right now who also do a great job :-)
