Noise from the church at Kelvin Grove School

Has anyone else been affected by the noise from the church running in the hall by Kelvin grove school (used to be adult education centre).

I'm noticing the amplified singing and preaching going on late into the night (past 11pm tonight).

It's not like the hall they use is physically that big that they need an amplified sound system.
