I would also be interested - Kindle is currently in for repair, so Sept attendance may depend a little on success or failure!

Nope - as far as I can find there is no e-book version of the September novel. Its also not in our local libraries. Just over a fiver for a s/h paperback on ebay seems to be the best bet. Otherwise its a scandalised high price for a book that ought really be out of copyright had not our legislators caved in to boost the profits of the global publishing houses.

Yes it was a bit challenging. I'm up to page 15 of October's book which is an easy read by comparison. I got it from the library so if you want to borrow it when I'm done pm me

we usually meet on the last Wednesday of the month, in the Golden Lion from around 7.30 pm.
