Hiya fellow sydenhamites......wanted to share a brand new Yoga initiative in Sydenham - Abhyasa Yoga UK, teaches Ashtanga Yoga for beginners and advanced. Classes are limited in size and happen every Tues & Thurs, 7:30-9pm.
Teacher is Thomas Idasseril Thomas, certified with Abhijna School of Yoga in Kerala, India and with Yoga Alliance UK.
