I host a VBAC support group in Sydenham, 4 times per year (in association with the NCT, though meetings are open to anyone and not linked to membership).
The meetings are informal and free and offer advice and support to people who want to find out about the pros and cons of having a natural birth after a previous cesarean.
Anyone who wishes to share their VBAC experience would also be welcome.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday 25 March, from 8-10pm.
