Sydenham Arts - Word Fair: big children’s book bonanza

As you may have seen in the Town Hall section, Sunday 8 March will see an attempt to break the world record for the longest continuous trail of children’s books, as part of Sydenham Arts' Word Fair.

We're hoping to place of books along Sydenham Road, stretching from Kirkdale Bookshop to Sydenham Community Library.

We very much hope that adults and children will get involved in laying out the books, so please do join us on Sunday morning! We hope to complete the line of books by 11am.

We have lots of children's books already, but please bring along any children's books you'd like to donate. And best of all, children are very welcome to take away a book once we've completed our world record attempt.
