Diddy Doggies Dog Walking Social Group

Post by diddydoggies »

I have just moved in to Sydenham, having two small Chihuahuas finding them little friends can be tricky.
Buddy, 3 who is a chi cross pomerainian. He's very friendly with other pooches and great off the lead but will probably want to be leader of the pack and Indie, 1 short hair teacup chi she is a shy girlie who will warm up the other Diddy Doggies slowly. I am still in training with her to be off the lead and more confident. but together, they totally inseperable its a very cute friendship they have.

Hence, Diddy Doggies, a Sunday Morning dog walking group created just for little dogs. Was thinking Mayow Park or Crystal Palace park. For a 2 hour walk, with a warming cuppa in the cafe to start! Any ideas/loacations/times welcome.

A chance for the dogs to make friends and for us owners to aswell.

So bring your Diddy Doggies!

We look forward to meeting you :)

You'd be very welcome here. We have an active dog walkers group, so get in touch. Best via our Facebook group - search for Friends of Mayow Park - or PM me here

The problem with Mayow is the ban on dogs in the middle bit. If you let your dog off the lead and just walk round you could be in for a nasty fine. Not that I've ever seen a park keeper there.

We do have a park keeper, thanks to the contract Lewisham renegotiated with Glendale a year or so back, and we also have a respected group of dog walkers who in turn respect the interests of other park users.

Hi
I am currently looking for a social dog walking group for my dog to join and came across yours whilst searching . Is your group still running at Crystal Palace Park?
