Hi, this looks like an old advert, but they might still act on behalf of the landlord? http://www.gpcommercial.co.uk/sales/ret ... rkdale.pdf

Re: PX56 GFV Car Thieves' registration number

Got a call from my daughter in Forest Hill today to say her catalytic converter had been nicked. 2004 Honda Jazz so the insurance company doesn't want to pay for replacement - but write it off. Given its low mileage and was ULEZ compliant and they have invested every penny in a house move so they ...

The London air ambulance isn't allowed to fly at night, they have to switch to their rapid response car after sunset.

I've been told upstairs will be for dining, two rooms. I'm not sure whether that means there will be less space reserved for dining in the current space to the left of the bar.

I just saw the reply to your tweet - that's disappointing, sorry if it got any hopes up. I will have a word with my peddler of fake news...

Re: sticky: RUMOURS: CINEMA AND NANDOS COMING TO SYDENHAM

I heard a rumour that 400 Rabbits (the pizza place in Crystal Palace) are opening next to the new Nandos at Cobbs Corner. Anyone know any details or if there is any substance to it?

Does anybody have any alarm recommendations?
Sorry to read this TheProf, we used Home Security Services (http://www.homesecurityservices.co.uk/) for our alarm and have been more than happy with the installation and follow-up annual service. They have an office in Sydenham (Kirkdale).

Vehicle vandalism/keying - Wells Park Rd area

Over the past year or so myself and several neighbours have had vehicles keyed when parked across the rear access to our own properties on Mill Gardens - a couple of people have had notes left on screens to the effect of 'you don't park here' - like I say, it is across the access to our gates, not ...

I can second Olivia's recommendation of Stanford Estates (opposite The Dartmouth Arms in Forest Hill), purchased our house through them several years ago and I know friends who were also happy with them when buying and selling.

They get a thumbs up from me too, popular with my family and anyone else we've recommended. Quality reminds me of award-winning Kentman's Fish & Chips which was on Kirkdale many years ago - friends used to drive from Bromley to collect they were that good.

A N Rowland (http://www.anrowland.co.uk/) in South Norwood did a very good job of removing a large poplar tree in our garden a few years back.
