Just about to buy a house near Wells Park Rd! Returning to London after five years....must say I'm nervous as hell as I've two young sons...is this area really bad news???

Thinking of buying a property here but concerned as I know nothing about it and I have some reservations of living on an estate. Anyone know what it's like? It seems a bit isolated from schools and amenities etc
