Yes. Simple. Make it more cosy. There are other pubs that cater for the sports/brightly lit pubs - but I get the impression that the Golden Lion is after another punter. I wrote a few points to the Guardian - mainly praising the area, with reference to Mayow Park and the good cafes and bars and having a moan about the Greyhound debacle. I wonder when they'll run the Let's Move To ... feature - is it on Fridays or Saturdays?

Isn't it great that there's an enthusiastic member of staff to feedback to - this could really help the pub owners turn it into a success by listening to their customers - especially the ones who want this sort of oub to do well. I for one cannot wait to taste the burgers - I love 'simple' home ...
