There's Liberty at pawfectpals! She's great, she looked after my cats when I was away and made sure the post wasn't left in the door and the plants got watered too. Having kept a close eye on house prices in south east london for the past 9 months (we moved a month ago) there is a distinct lack of properties for sale. Look on a website and see what is marked "under offer" and what is still available. There are more houses available generally in the summer ...

Surely this kind of thing makes sense in communites. If you know/trust your neighbours then grouping together to spread the cost is a great idea. But then surely you would have to impose self limits. If you have dog you should pick up the poo, if you can't control a dog it should be on a lead. end of story. If people don't do this they should be brought to task. I'm pretty sure we all agree on this.

A dog is purely a reflection of it's owner. If a dog runs around biting people, then the owner wants this to happen. It's bad dog owners that are the problem. And dog poo is purely down to the owner, because the only reason it is there is because they can't be bothered to pick it up.
