Although not in Sydenham to best I can think of closer to home is Questions in Forest Hill, formerly The Malt Shovel. There is a development being built in Kirkdale which has pp for commercial on the ground floor and residential above. Would be a nice thought if something was to happen there.

Well, look around - it's not just in the High Street, it's anywhere where there is a shop throughout Lewisham. Have you read my post on the pink refuse sacks. Leaving the refuse out all night and day will attract vermin.

Can anyone tell me why it is better to have the pink refuse sacks that can be left for a couple of days on end on the pavement leaving the contents accessible to vermin rather that the albeit gross blue wheelie bins that at least contained its refuse.
