About time these boards were done away with. Archaic system that's totally abused...total blight....and totally unecessary. I work in several hundred properties a year yet I'm not allowed to shove boards up everywhere. Luckily I live within the Dulwich boundary where boards are banned. Agents still ...

Re: 56 Sydenham Road/House of Linens...
....I do wonder if the dodgy shops/builders/tenants/landlords just do what the hell they please. Unfortunately many of the Sydenham shops (and flats above) are owned by roque landlords. Having the misfortune to work in a significant number of these I see a truly appalling standard of work...much of ...

You have been warned ! Does no one check scores on the doors...I wouln't touch 90% of restaurants/cafes around here....I also have the mis-fortune to work round the back of some of these establishments and have carried out work in their employees own properties...the sort of places you wipe your ...

A potentially very dangerous scenario since the hob could release unburnt gas. Call 0800 111 999 it's a free service. They will check the supply pressures and operate 24 Hrs. Does it occur when the boiler is operated? Often undersized gas pipework within the property and a combi boiler will give ...

Tell us what floor the kitchen cold tap is ie ground/1st/2nd etc Tell us the make and model of the boiler. Ensure the incoming stopcock is fully open and any isolating valve on the kitchen cold tap is fully open. Open the cold kitchen tap fully and measure the water flow rate. Best done by timing ...
