There is a Zumba class being held at St Barts Church, the the church hall at the back or other side of the church, thats at 4 Westwood hill, se26 6qr.
Zumba is kind of fitness dancing but it's much more fun than actually exercising. Without you realisng you are learning some of the latin moves....
There's lots of latina music but also music from around the world and starting the following Friday, we shall be having a Zumba God/Goddess.
It's great to meet new people and to socialise!!!
It's on Fridays at 8pm for £5 and if you book 10 consecutive sessions you get the 11th one free
