Don't worry will be pulled up or destroyed soon after by local yobs I expect.Are there not laws about dog fouling in parks. The gardeners worked very hard over the last two weeks, preparing for an inspection on Wells Park due to awards etc. On the morning of the inspection the road sweeper/hoover was over there, also the "pooper scooper" looked very nice. Then in the evening dogs had fouled on the grass, flower beds and foot paths, not in hidden places but fully in view. What is the matter with people are they no longer responsible for what there dogs do.Totally out of order.Wake up dog walkers of Wells Park
