I noticed yesterday that one of the beautiful windows at The Woodman has been vandalised. From what I can see it is just one pane of one window at the front, with some of the leading twisted in an apparent attempt to pull it off.
I immediately went into Wooster & Stock to let them know. They did know. Apparently the damage was done over a week ago. I have asked that they put some protection on - maybe carefully boarding over the windows - before more damage is done, pointing out that they will of course have to replace like with like if the windows get smashed.
In the meantime, please can anyone who hears anything smashing, or suspects that something is going on carefully, without putting yourselves in danger, keep an eye out for vandals/thieves and let the police know.
