Brasted Close - near Kirkdale
Phoebe, a rescued tabby/white cat, is virtually blind. She escaped from the second floor flat of her owner (who is emigrating) on Tuesday 23rd August at 5pm.
Phoebe has never been outside due to her limited sight and will be really scared so please contact us rather than trying to catch her.
