The Importance of Being Earnest

Tickets are now on sale for the next open-air Dolphin show, The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde, presented by Spontaneous Productions.

Show dates are Thurs 25th, Fri 26th August (8pm), Saturday 27th August (3pm)
Thurs 1st, Fri 2nd Sept (8pm) and Saturday 3rd Sept (3pm)

For the very first time the company is presenting matinee performances on Saturday afternoons - hopefully some warmer (drier?) weather will be in evidence!

Help wanted!
Anyone interested in helping backstage during the show should contact me at sponprods@gmail.com especially if you have any technical knowhow (lighting/sound) or stage-management skills.

But Spontaneous Productions is always looking to train people up from scratch - any age or experience welcome!

Opens tomorrow!

Despite some cold and drizzly weather we had a fantastic dress rehearsal last night.

And those who have been along to my shows at The Dolphin before might be interested to know that this year we have hired radio mics for all the cast, so you'll be able to hear every word!

As always, bring warm clothing and blankets - The Importance of Bringing Umbrellas cannot also be overstated...
