Lost Jack Russell Crystal Palace Park Wednesday

Just a word about the Jack Russell that was running in and out of Crystal Palace Park and into the road Wednesday evening.

A few of us failed to catch the speedy little dog and she nearly got herself run over many times in Crystal Palace Park Road. I believe 2 cars even collided trying to avoid her. But just as we lost her in the park again and had left because it had got too dark, I met the owner carrying her up Crystal Palace Park Road.

Miraculously the lady had found her dog and had said that she had escaped following a burglary. If anyone knows the lady in question give her our best wishes. That's one lucky dog!

Thanks to Ed, the lady who had the other Jack Russell, the dogwalker with the greyhound, the Park Ranger and all the others for your help. Hopefully we saved a distressed little dog from a nasty fate.

I wanted to speak to her a bit more to make sure she was ok but the dog just kept trying to get out of her arms so I said just get the dog home.
