Not sure if this has already been mentioned on the forum, but it looks like the old sorting office on Silverdale may become a pilates/yoga studio.

Lewisham planning ref. DC/09/72523/FT

Nice to see old buildings put to new uses - although it should have stayed a sorting office in my opinion, going to FH during their brief opening times is a real drag.

Also nice to see that there's (potentially) more to the area than nail bars and £1 shops.

I don't do that sort of thing but it'd be great if that happened, there was some hope of it holding a market of some kind, I wonder if it can have other uses once it gets the go ahead?
