We get a lot of spam. Most comes from a select number of countries. It is our policy to ban the IP ranges of these countries where we would not normally expect many legitimate postings. What that means to you is that if you go to:
* Russia
* China
* Ukraine
* India
* Pakistan
* Bangladesh
* Phillipines
* Indonesia
You may hopefully have problems if you try and access STF. I trust this inconvenience is outweighed by having less opportunity to sample fake Nikes and Gucci wear at home!
The above are the main culprits. We do ban other country ranges for limited periods when we get a spate of stuff.
