Southern Trains are operating a Saturday service on Christmas Eve, with some alterations due to engineering work and the usual early finish to train services.
No trains scheduled to start their journey after 2200 will run.

Last Trains TO Sydenham
From London Bridge - 2152
From Victoria - 2119
From Highbury & Islington - 2205
From West Croydon - 2139
From East Croydon - 2130 (train starts at Caterham 2109)
Last Trains FROM Sydenham
To London Bridge - 2143
To Victoria - 2108 (There is a later departure at 2138 but this will terminate at Streatham Hill)
To East Croydon - 2122 (continues to Caterham)
To West Croydon - 2242 (yes this is far later than anything else, but this will run)
To Highbury & Islington - 2151
Christmas Day
No train services will run anywhere in the UK. There is an hourly bus service between Victoria and Gatwick Airport, and an hourly bus service between Paddington and Heathrow Airport and that is it.
Boxing Day
No train services at Sydenham.
Bank Holiday Tues 27th through to New Years Eve Saturday 31st
Saturday service with alterations due to engineering works. Check before you travel as you would for weekend journeys.
NEW YEARS EVE ADDITIONAL SERVICES run through the night between Victoria and East Croydon every 20 minutes. These services do not serve Sydenham but will call at Selhurst - dunno what bus route 75 is doing but this might be an option to get back to Syd?
New Years Day is a normal Sunday Service, Bank Holiday Monday 2nd is a Saturday service, and normality resumes on Tuesday 3rd.
