Hi Admin,
I sent a message a while ago to another user but the message is still in my outbox. Is this due to the recipient not having any space left or is it something else?
why do messages hang around in the outbox?

Messages stay in your Outbox until they have been opened by the recipient. They are then moved to the Sent box. So you always know the delivery status ...

Oh That explains it, I just thought it was stuck in the outbox like what happens with email.
