Former chapel/gym on Sydenham Park

I've heard that this building, built as (I believe) a Nonconformist chapel but until recently used as a gym, on the north-west side of Sydenham Park near the junction with Kirkdale, has been bought by a Nigerian or Ghanaian, possibly Catholic, group for use as a church or social centre. Does anyone have any knowledge of this or know who would know?

Yes I remember being upset when they advertised a ladies only gym. I thought that would not be allowed.

Strange if Catholic Church as will be right next to The exisiting Catholic Church
