Anyone know when the Winter update to the Orpington line schedule is due? And anybody heard whispers of any significant changes?

Presumably 12th December like everywhere else? No idea about changes, though - although I wonder whether the disruption/changes at Blackfriars will affect things at all? I'm not sure when the station's actually supposed to be finished, but weren't there supposed to be more trains terminating there?
