has anyone had the misfortune to park here recently- looks like a bin lorry has emptied rubbish everywhere - totally disgusting. Lewisham should take away those recycling bins if they are not going to empty them. and maybe charge for car parking if they are going to let that area go to rack and ruin. At least they would get a few wardens round there occasionally . Its full of beggars and dodgy people as well as fly tippers.
