Mayo Road closed

Post by simon »

Closed by police by Lockwood Close. Diversion through Bishopsthorpe and Dukesthorpe Roads. Lots of police in attendance. Anyone know what's occuring?

Instead of rubbernecking, why don't you go and ask the attending officers what's happened before coming online and causing avoidable panic to those who read your OP and live in that particular part of Sydenham.

Because I was passing and don't live in that part of Sydenham.
Police looked quite busy.

Apologies, Simon. That was harsh, not to mention hasty. It's just that I get more than a bit frustrated at the fleeting reports on here that all-too-often warrant more than the scant scrutiny of the clamouring OP.

As you were.

It wasn't a stabbing... It was a road traffic collision involving a motorcyclist. Last I heard it wasn't life threatening...
