DVD problem

I was on Iranian international TV last night and they very kindly gave me a video of the hour long programme on DVD. Two things: I want to be able to convert this so break it down and put segments on Youtube.

The other thing I want to do if possible it take out or reduce the simultaneous Farsi translation.

Can anyone help with this?

As a conversation stopper or piece of one upmanship I do not believe it is possible to follow that.
