Runtime Error

Post by Cathy »

Hi. Wonder if anyone would care to assist me?

I keep getting a 'runtime error' on one particular website (all other websites are no problem at all). I have tried disabling the script thingy under the browsing tab and also deleted all temporary pages etc., but it just won't have it! Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Also, is it possible for a 'particular computer' to be blocked from accessing a website to view documents/information that it is in negotiation with to perhaps delay things moving forward?

Many thanks.

Which browser and operating system are you using? Have you tried another browser eg Firefox? Is your java up to date? Which website is at issue?

There are ways to block a computer/ip address but I would expect a different error wording.

If you give the URL to the website in question we might have a better idea of what Java, Trojans etc. it is trying to run.
