you can change your personal time in your settings, but if you look at the forum logged off (whcih I often do as it logs me out whenever I leave) then it still seems to be BST.

We were running on Sicilian Holiday Time. But as I have been forcibly re-patriated to old blighty today I have sadly put it back to Gordon's Mean Time ...

That is if you are not logged in. You may control your own Time & Destiny (as Bensonby correctly says) within your profile settings.
