CHANGE OF VENUE

The new venue for Monday night's meeting (26th October) will now be Beer Rebellion @ 167 Sydenham Road (previously TSR Marketplace) and NOT the Golden Lion. The beer's better, the ambience different and more fun. See you there 7:30 for 8pm.

Monday's meetup was successful if measured by the number of beers bought me!

I have now moved to the next step by establishing a 'Town Council' consisting of those who volunteered and did attend or sent apologies. Their first job is to organise themselves into an effective management group that can take over the forum. I'm going to leave them to do just that and make their case and timetable to me and everybody else here.

No decision or change will be made by me until there is a consensus here that we are happy for the change to be implemented. Until then I am still your absolute dictator - benign or otherwise so keep those forelocks twitching please.
